MOSAIC therapy
(Eye Movement and Alternating Stimulation for Brain Integration)
is a novel alliance of neuroscience and psychotherapy with sensory stimulation to relieve psychic suffering linked to painful memories. Beyond EMDR therapy, by using the physiological activation of the brain, MOSAIC psychotherapy refocuses the process of change on the mobilization of the strengths and solutions already present in each person… In a gentle way rather than in pain!
