The MOSAIC Therapy

(Eye Movement and Alternate Stimulation for Brain Integration)

MOSAIC is a unique combination of neuroscience and psychotherapy with sensory stimulation to alleviate psychological suffering linked to painful memories. Beyond EMDR therapy, by using the physiological activation of the brain, MOSAIC psychotherapy refocuses the process of change on the mobilisation of the strengths and solutions already present in each person in a gentle way rather than in pain.

The clinical interview consists of 4 precise steps, taught in Mosaic as the basis for all training

1) The MOSAIC interview (solutionist and experiential goal setting, limiting target, desired internal sensation),
2) Reconnection loop,
3) Experiencing the benefits of change in other contexts,
4) Debriefing, Posttalk, Task prescription.

MOSAIC core course

MOSAIC Therapy focuses on the solutions already present in the patient’s experience, by activating body sensations. It offers a comfort and quality of intervention by preserving the patient and the practitioner from any risk of vicarious trauma.
In the session, you avoid dissociative phenomena, abreactions and suffering.
The protocol is rigorous and facilitates the learning of the method and the conduct of subsequent sessions.

MOSAIC Therapy, the Core course (4 days)

The Reference Module, as a prerequisite for the specialisation modules, provides the neurophysiological and psychological basis for MOSAIC therapy and the reference protocol.

Description of the validation procedure for the training "Practising MOSAIC Therapy in the assistance relationship".

Specialization modules

The group training modules in MOSAIC therapy take place from 1 to 4 days, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur area and by visioconference.

The modules can be done independently by having previously followed the MOSAIC Core course or by following the Full course of Validation of “Practicing MOSAIC Therapy in the assistance relationship”.

Transpersonal psychology is concerned with non-ordinary states of consciousness: rapture, a sense of connection with the Universe, an acute awareness of one’s inner self, transcendence and self-transcendence. These states are said to represent the actualisation of the higher needs of the human being, of what exists beyond the personality and its conditioning. Transpersonal invites the practitioner to access a higher degree of spirituality and consciousness which necessarily implies the abandonment of the ego

Transpersonal psychology (3 days)

Training module independent of the reference cycle. Elements of neuroscience of transpersonal experiences (technical input and experimentation).

Supervisions

The MOSAIC therapy training and supervision offered by Dr. Khalfa are enriched by a neuroscientific orientation and “reading keys”.

This observation and understanding of the patient’s brain function is central to the therapeutic action and scope of MOSAIC. This training is also available in half-day sessions.

Supervision (1 day)

Training module independent of the reference cycle. Elements of neuroscience of transpersonal experiences (technical input and experimentation).

Satisfaction rate = 94,72%

Success rate = 96,8%

THERAPIE MOSAIC achieves a highly satisfactory satisfaction and success rate thanks to its culture of constant adaptation, perpetually updating its tools/methods, and mutual enrichment : listening to others to improve the solutions proposed, and always being more relevant and responsive.

The satisfaction indicator is the overall cumulative satisfaction rate of responses to the satisfaction questionnaire for all MOSAIC training courses combined. The success indicator is the overall cumulative rate of trainees having passed the MCQs, for all training courses combined. These indicators are updated at the beginning of each year.
